To enhance team grit and establish a shared vision of the future, this team Playbook is designed to create a common language and set shared expectations. During the session, the team collaborates to define the essential elements of their vision by reflecting on the following questions:
Core values: What are our beliefs?
Purpose: Why do we exist?
Mission: What is our desired accomplishment?
Strategy: How will we achieve our mission?
Goals: What are our plans for realizing our strategy?
